Terms & Policies 2017

Establishment of an account with Argo Furniture constitutes agreement and acknowledgement of the following terms and conditions of sale.

Ordering

All purchase orders shall be submitted to sales representative or at info@argofurnitureusa.com for transmission to Argo Furniture.

New & Existing Customer Policy (Future Retailer):

Customer must have and maintain a VALID seller’s permit, must be a Furniture Retailer with current address, and must sign under penalty certifying you as Furniture Store Selling Furniture. A valid state ID will be asked in order to prove that you are the legal owner and holder of the seller’s permit.

Payment:

Full payment is required prior to the scheduling of the delivery, either by check, credit card, or bank wire. Argo Furniture does not offer Net terms at this time.

Pricing:

Pricing is subject to change without notice. We cannot give pricing information by telephone.

Finish Colors:

Product photographs are an approximation in terms of finish color. Furthermore, finishes can vary, in some cases significantly.

Return:

  1. Returns will be accepted by Argo Furniture only for Products deemed to be defective in Argo Furniture’s sole discretion.
  2. No item may be returned unless the Dealer has first notified Argo Furniture and received a Return Authorization number (“RA#”). The RA# must be clearly displayed on the packaging in which such item is sent, or the return will not be accepted.
  3. Return must be made within 30 days from the RA# date is issued. Original package is required.
  4. If, at Argo Furniture’s discretion, return authorization is given for non-defective merchandise, 25% of restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
  5. All return delivery, shipping, or postal charges are paid by the customer regardless of the size of the item.
  6. No exchange or returns once products are assembled, displayed, opened, or damaged. No exchange or returns on special order items, floor samples, sofas, and mattress;
  7. All returned shipments must be FREIGHT PREPAID accompanied by the original invoice and RMA number. Store credits are non-cash-refundable. 15% fee assessed on all cancellations.
  8. A $25.00 returned check fee will be charged, each time, each check.
  9. In the event when legal action arises, Argo Furniture reserves the rights to collect all costs and expenses including but not limited to court fees, process server fees, attorneys’ fees, legal research, interests, collection expenses associated in Argo Furniture’s attempt to collect customers’ outstanding balances.
  10. All sofa & mattress sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  11. Delivery charges are non- refundable.
  12. Our prices exclude freight/shipping/handling charges.
  13. No cash refund. Exchange or credit only.
  14. All merchandise is intended for residential use only, and not designed for industrial, commercial, institutional and rental use. Damages caused by such uses and normal wear & tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping

  1. All orders are shipped with small parcel UPS, FEDEX or LTL. White glove service offered upon request. Shipping charges are paid by customer.
  2. If you are going to be drop shipping 100% of the time we will need to have our Argo furniture Drop ship division to provide you the services. If this is the case, we will need to create a new account with them and they have a completely different pricing structure.

Direct Imports:

Please contact our Direct Import Department for the program detail.

Freight Damages & Claims

  1. Argo Furniture is NOT responsible for freight damages. All items are carefully inspected by our staff before shipping. You or your receiving agent MUST INSPECT each item upon delivery, and any damages must be clearly noted on the carrier's bill of lading before the driver leaves your location. If the damage is severe and you feel that it cannot be easily fixed, please do not accept those specific pieces.
  2. All claims for defects, merchandise must be packed Argo Furniture's original boxes, without any writing or marks on the boxes. All eligible returns must be made through the same warehouse where the merchandise was purchased from.
  3. We do NOT handle claims from consumers directly. All requests must go through the dealer who sold the merchandise to the consumer.
  4. Knots, gouges, small cracks and nail holes are inherent characteristics of many of our wood products and do not constitute damage/defects, no claims will be considered for these characteristics.
  5. No cash refund. Exchange or credit only.
